Change often brings fear and uncertainty. The world is changing quickly, and "comfort zones" are less of an option. You will be shocked by how quickly change seems much less intimidating. Invite someone you've just met for coffee. Make it clear that new things are safe, and you'll get bolder by the week. Your urge for the familiar is trying to protect you. The more you do the poses, the more you will be able to step out of your comfort zone.
